Daryl manager made our visit fantastic!! Thank you for taking very good care of our Birthday dinner. Our food didn't get placed... and took an hour to obtain but he made sure all was fixed and made it right. We will return because of him. Since pandemic their service has declined. For curbside you always have to call them to let them know your outside. They used... to come right out. The food is not as good as it used to be. The lasagna is tough with a bunch of sauce dumped on top. Same withthe pasta. Feels like a can of tomatoes was dumped in top.I gave it several chances but each time they never deliver. The food was amazing. The server was nice. I ordered Chicken Alfredo and mann it was delicious. ???? It was creamy and zesty... chicken was over it under cooked. The boyfriend ordered Shrimp & Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka he loved it. He said it tastedfresh and it was well seasoned and had great flavors. Service was good .our server was helpful with my ?s I ordered chicken breast with pasta. Which was great .my brother ordered... the chicken ceaser salad .it was good size but here was the problem they over did it with the dressing his lettuce and chickenwere swimming in it. .We we had tickets to the movies so my brother just ate a little bit.We were short on time The blackberrytea was good . Tonight was amazing. The food and service was exceptional. Our server was awesome and the drinks were tasty. I came with my two... kids and they ate all their food. 10/10 on my rating. It's been at least 10 years since I've been to Carrabba's. They did not disappoint. When craving some pasta, this is the place... to go. Service was top notch thanks to Heather in Glendale, AZ. It was just my daughter and myself and we definitely bit offmore than we could chew (no pun ????). There was enough food to feed 4 people. It was quickly brought out to us. Ordered a meal for delivery and they missed including one in the order. Received a refund from delivery service. When I called... the restaurant the manager said next time I'm in they would handle. Meanwhile a child without food because of the lack ofquality control. Manager told me to have a good night. Awesome experience! Read more
