I have a mix feeling about my experience with my orders. First off the flavors are great. The Atlantic Salmon was good and the... portion of salmon itself was big. I liked the dish. But their Chicken Pot Pie is more like “pie with some chicken”. Thesmall chicken inside was good though. Then I didn't get my drinks Pineapple Coconut Lava Flow drinks. Overall a nice place to eat. I brought my grandma here for her birthday and she loved it. There were lots of great options. I... got a fried chicken and it wasn’t very flavorful, was dry, and tough. We loved the appetizer sampler though. Could’ve justshared that and called it a day, it was huge and delicious! We won’t be back. Read more
The food tastes acceptable, I returned my plate to the kitchen. I ordered Ribeye steak and it came cold. I've never had steak... served to me cold....the place was very dirty, in the first table they were gonna sit us at had a bunch of food underneath it. Read more
We visited this restaurant a few times, including on New Year's Eve, because it was adjacent to our hotel. Overall, it's a nice... place to eat. This is the last remaining Claim Jumper in Arizona, as all the others closed. When we lived in California, therewas a Claim Jumper nearby, and we loved the Happy Hour. The current Happy Hour menu is trimmed down quite a bit, but there arestill some good deals everyday from 3p-7p. None of the servers stood out as 'Amazing', but none were terrible either. My family brought me here for the first time. They were raving about this place being so good and cooked to perfection. Medium... rare was actually Medium rare but today we ordered at 630-7pm and watched as people around ordered, received, ate, and packed uptheir food to leave. We ordered appetizer and those arrived with speed. The calamari and fried cauliflower were delicious, andhot. They were flavorful as well as the dipping sauce. We received our meals at 8. When we received our food the steaks werecooked well done and all of the rib orders were burnt. We all requested medium or rare steaks. All of the plates(5) were lukewarm and cold. We decided to leave and the servers allowed us to speak to the manager; they didn't make us pay. I would notrecommend this place. Read more
Haven't been here since they built the place. Still beautiful to walk in. I was hoping to come in and get some happy hour items... without having to ask for the menu. Was like pulling teeth from the bar area as I requested to sit in the booth & felt like theydidn't want me to get them...Was that wrong? Bartender was cold at first but warmed up a little but still gave us the coldshoulder. Maybe next time I'll ask for a table. I'm going to say the appetizers was all I got. I had planned on eating dinnerbut after half a beer & 2 glasses of water, I left. Don't complain about the cooks when the servers were no better. Sorry butthat was my experience. We were promptly greeted and seated at a table. Our server was friendly and provided suggestions. The pretzel bites were to die... for! And, of course the zucchini spears are always a hit! We enjoyed the wedge salad, the lobster mac and cheese, and thesalmon. Friendly tip, ask for the onions to be removed from the wedge salad. They overpowered the other flavors on the dish.Also, the lobster mac and cheese should be called mac and cheese with a little lobster. Read more
