The food was pretty good but the baked potato casserole that was the best

Ordered 2 pounds of the brisket to go. Opened the containers and the brisket was most dry flavorless brisket I've ever had.... Definitely overcooked and felt leathery. Only reason this didn't get 1 star is because the coleslaw was delicious. Read more

I've been to Dickey's locations before and have had way better service and way better food. We arrived and the staff kept us... waiting for about 10-15 minutes just to take our order and when we finally recieved our food it was cold... and their serveyourself barbecue sauces were out, that's like the main attraction... I really talked this place up to my family and it wastheir first time there and had the worst impression. So disappointed. Read more

5 star for the effort of the staff alone. We walked in 3/26 at 6:30. We were the only ones in line, 3 staff. They immediately... let us know they are hit hard with online orders currently, she showed be a stack of 6-8 orders. After about 15 minutes theystopped filling those and worked us in. They were out of wings. We had pulled pork and brisket. Both meats were not hot,lukewarm. They tasted ok though. The sauces were ????! Their ice cream machine was empty, so that was a disappointment to ourkids. What could of been a 2 star experience for us and probably should of been given their workload and short staffed, becausethey were honest and still maintaining composure, even the food wasn?t 5 star I still give them a 5 for their effort. This is one of the best family meals I think we have ordered. We had the brisket and pulled pork. Bother were smokey and... delicious. We went with the classic sauce which was very good. Tried to sweet as well which was also enjoyable. The Cole slawand potato salad were fresh and tasty. The beans were really awesome and definitely paired well. There are only a couple trueBBQ choices around I I think you definitely cannot go wrong here. Oh yeah make sure you grab a Blondie and a slice of pecanpie! Read more
