First off I'd like to mention the service, it was fantastic! The man greeted us in a energetic way that it just lifted our... spirits. After we got our yogurt we were pleasently surprised to find the area clean for once. As we sat down we saw the mankeeping the place tidy and hygienic. The man working was on his phone the whole time we were there, and no hate to him. He was probably looking for other jobs as he... waits for the place to be shuttered around him. The bathrooms were a catastrophe, there were very few flavors of yogurt, and thespoons for the toppings were thickly crusted with froyos past. The vibe is pretty depressing. My children and I enjoy the yogurt bar, however the customer service isn't always up to par. There was a time the cashier didn't... greet me or my family or even speak. They only spoke when it was time to pay. And then they walked away to the back and neverreturned. Their demeanor was of disinterest for the customer and their job. Had none of the flavors they advertise online. And it was way...to expensive for yogurt. So many other yogurt shops near here... with way better flavors cheaper and pricing. 3 people nearly $46 ! Won't go back. Read more

Most machines weren?t working. Cake batter came out like water. Fresh fruit toppings weren?t so fresh. Looked like they had been... sitting there all day and they weren?t enclosed or cooled. Asked the person working for fresh bananas?none. Asked if there wasany more banana pudding FY, she pushed a couple buttons?nope. I told her the cake batter was running like water?nothing. My sonate his. Must have picked flavors that actually worked but my daughter didn?t like hers and tossed it. My niece took the last ofthe banana pudding so that counted me out. I?ve been twice first time some flavors and machines were down or melted. I understand could be the heat. Came today window and... google say close at 10 so after dinner came at 945 and they were already closed. No sign or change to times on the window. Won?tbe back. Read more

This used to be my favorite place to get yogurt and the place is falling apart. There is always machines out of order. Today... there was only 7 out of 14 machines working. The containers for toppings are all broken and missing spoons. The syrup machineswork half of the time as well. The place is a mess. They need management to get it together. Read more

Great flavors as always! They do get new flavors to always keep things new and exciting. The fruit topping side is a little... small and without several toppings I'm use to, but it is still nice and gets the job done. Read more
