Food is usually hot and good, however today food was dripping with oil. Orange chicken had sooo much oil. Bottom of my plate was... a pool of oil. I'm not trying to get an artery clog. Not sure if I want to get food there again. Read more

This location has a drive thru which is convenient. The service was fast. The food was just okay. The walnuts in the walnut... shrimp where so hard they where hard to bit through. The chow mein tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. The veggierolls where good. Read more
The food was nice and hot and this store is more generous with their portions than others I've gone to. The only complaint was... that the fiery chicken did have a little bit of a burnt taste but the orange chicken was fine. This was my first time buyingfrom here and getting the family feast. I think I will eat here for sure when my kids crave Panda again. Read more
I don't like much of the food here, but that's my own personal preference because I'm very picky. The place is very nicely... decorated and they have an outside eating area, the staff is Fast & friendly with service, the only gripe I have about thisplace is the drive-thru is kind of complicated and can be hard to get out of if it's packed. Yoli (team member) and Ana (shift manager) where horrible! I pulled to the window about 7 to 10 minutes before 10. They were... busy. 4 cars ahead of me and 3 behind me. They had the worse attitude of the night. They did not want to make anything forpaying customers. I mean I could have taken my buisness elsewhere but we wanted panda! So I'm asking for orange chicken and itssomething that is popular. And they argue that they cant make it. Now I have worked there before and you can make 1/2 theportions. Do why argue that they dont want to I'm not sure. Eventually after arguing they agreed to make the food. Then Anacomes to the window and explains the dont do food because they are about to close I'm sorry if you are open you should be ableto serve the customer and give him what he would like to pay. I just dont get it. I wanted to pay to get what I wanted. Theonly thing fresh and good was the fresh orange chicken. The beigin beef was HARD and CRUNCHY. That's not the way it should be.How can they give that to customers. All the green beans were soggy when they need to be firm. The noodles dry. How can astore manager allows this type of customer service and food quality. They need to be trained and understand that the customerskeep the store going and jobs for all of them! I was amazed on how clean & friendly & fresh the food was. I never go in them but I my boyfriend wanted togo there for lunch.... Was very happy. Keep up the great work team.The Buckeye location sucks though. Read more
