Customer service is a little lacking with the feeling that they're... doing you a favor by being there but it depends on the day and who is on the clock. 5 stars for John! He was alone and handled customers well with courtesy. However the food was disappointing for what we paid. We... purchased a family meal it came out to over $40. The portion of lo mein and white rice was huge but a family size I think not.Mostly white rice on the entrees and only enough for 2 when it is supposed to serve 4-5 (extremely small potions). However Johnmade it right and gave us more of the entrees we ordered due to the small portions and was extremely apologetic. The food tastedgreat and fresh. Will return because of John's service but won't be ordering the family meal again. Read more
They were extremely slow or under bad management. Food was stacking up as the cashier was taking orders, delivering food to the... dining room and packing to go orders. The restroom was gross. The trash can was in the middle of the floor with no bag and thefloors look like they haven't been mopped in years. The menu has been shrunk, but the food and tea were still good. Read more
The food LOOKS fine, I was excited to try it even though our order was stolen before our doordasher had even gotten there.... Immediately my chicken curry reeks of fish. The taste is bland, rubbery, and oddly sour/fishy. It left a nasty taste in my mouthand I'm assuming it's spoiled. Took 2 bites and I'm throwing the rest away. Disappointed to hear that post covid they don?t serve any sushi rolls anymore ..but we went on a surprisingly slow Friday night... so it was nice there was no wait , and our pick of tables . Kung Pão chicken on fried rice is very tasty - you can ask them tomake it spicy .. my wife got the honey seared chicken which also excellent ..I like to drown my chicken in the sauce so I askedfor extra honey sauce on the side. One negative thing was the crab wontons were very fishy tasting, like the meat had been leftout too long before using .. but overall high quality food there most of the time. Read more
So ordered online not doordash on Pei Wei?s website to pickup at 12:15. I put in my order at 11:45am. I only have 1/2 hr for... lunch. The food was not ready till 12:27pm.
