I understand the longer wait times during rush. Here's the deal. *IF* the service wait time is 30 minutes before order is even... taken, I expect the simple courtesy of being spoken to at the window when I pay. So simple. The young man running the checkoutsimply open the window stuck his hand out the window, took my card, handed me food and drink and a manner that was very hard forme to reach for it.. never saying one word, at all, no greeting, no order clarification, no total, no thank you. Rude. What'smore, we were on the road. So we had waited for 30 minutes, and we were not given one utensil or napkin, and the intention wasto eat in the car. Absolutely wild. Read more
Every time I order from this location my chicken strips always turn out very unsatisfactory. They never have the crunchy batter... on the outside like other locations do and overall, the presentation looks disgusting. I feel disappointed and very upset. Nomatter how many times I complain about the chicken being unbreaded, it doesn't change. Read more
Husband just picked up a late lunch for us. I ordered the surf and turf, no shrimp in my box, and they gave us bbq sauce instead... of ranch. The popcorn shrimp is very dry and taste like it has been sitting for a long time, same as the chicken strips. Itseems like this place always gets the order wrong, not sure why I keep trying to go back. Just a waste! Read more
When I arrived they forgot my Mac and cheese and once I got home I found out I was missing pieces of chicken as well as the... chicken looked old and was not hot at all and my wings and drum sticks were so small the it was literally one bite in which Ijust trashed the whole thing because I seen a spider on the outside of the bag but I brushed that off this is crazy to spendthat much money and not get nearly what I paid for. Staff was friendly. However, my husband and I both ordered spicy chicken. Four out of five pieces were just regular. The one... spicy piece had barely any seasoning and therefore wasn't really spicy either. We would have liked to have been told and giventhe opportunity to choose if we wanted something else instead. The lady working lastnight was very rude. Forgot my sides and served me the wrong order when I tried to talk to her she told me... she is upper management and has better things to do. I just waited almost an hour for food that cannot be eaten. I asked for arefund and she laughed at me and said no. Asked for ranch and they gave me cocktail sauce and charged me for it! My breast lookslike a wing?? Idk but it?s cold not at all fresh! Very disappointed and will not be going back to this location.
