Don?t even waste your time going here. Find the next Sonic! For about 2-3 weeks their fryers were down and they served a limited... menu. There food is rarely fresh and they are very slow. Wow, I?ve tried to give this location a few tries hoping the first visit or two were just flukes. Nope! My visit today was the... last chance and they did absolutely horrible. We ordered over $40 worth of food for our family. We were missing 3 items on theorder. I ordered a number 2, the burger was disgusting, mistakenly took a bite and start instantly gagging. Not sure if theyput special sauce or if it was a ton of grease mixed with bad mayo but I?m still gagging hours later just thinking about it. Mywife was excited for the fried pickles, they were extremely greasy they soaked through the box. I could keep going because Theonly edible food we got were the drinks. Stay far away from this place. NEVER go to this ghetto Sonic, the night staff are the most laziest ever. Don?t expect them to have any of the trending shakes... and drinks because they don?t want to use the ice cream machine and clean it at the end of the shift. Now they startedimplementing a ? we are not serving and fried food at the moment ? this is the 5th time I?ve heard them say this and the 7th ofthem ?not making shakes at the moment? . Only drive through at 8 pm other days they clearly didn't want to take my order as almost anything I wanted they didn't have,... The shakes are never working, these hired people (calling them workers or employees is an insult to myself and other people whowork for their money) will be rude to you i advise against this place if poor customer service and flat out disrespectfulworkers are something you can't look past. Overall this sonic should probably go and make way for something new and respectable. Read more
Their deep fryer is always down! I really don?t understand how you can function when You have so much of your menu that requires... the deep fryer. We came in and we placed a huge order A little over $50. It was for our kids and most of it required it to bedeep fried. The manager came out and he apologized and said he?ll cover our drinks and refund the money. Finally, after waitingforever the drinks come out and when I get home I?ll look at the receipt and he did not refund the money as promised, hebasically just refunded the food that he didn?t provide for us. We had other food on there that didn?t need to be fired, but hetalked us out of getting anything to eat so that the staff would just have to make drinks because he didn?t wanna be bothered.Fast forward to today the deep fryer is down again. Is this a coincidence or did he just not want to cook deep fried food? Didhe just not want to be bothered with the deep fryer? This time I got a refund in cash for the food that needed to be deep-fried.The customer service is hit or miss here and if you come early in the morning don?t pull up to one of the stalls because theydon?t wanna walk out there going to direct you to go through the drive-through. This location is always out of everything and always short staffed. The last two times we have gone we have been very... disappointed. Both times they were out of Ice Cream. They ran out of kids burger patties,so they cut a big patty in half andstuck it in the small bun. They must have been out of cheese as well because we asked them twice for cheese and when we got homethere was no cheese on the burger, not to mention we asked for a grilled cheese and they just gave us another small burger withthe other half of the burger patty they cut in half . We ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken meal and we received 4 small piecesof chicken and half a box of Fries. I gave this place a two star because I do enjoy the cold drinks and ice,so if I do go back Iwill not be ordering food only drinks . In the words of Rick Ross "somebody lied" ????...After reading the reviews I was very reluctant upon whether or not I should... visit this location...well lets say I'm glad I ignored the reviews! Strawberry ???? limeade was made fresh ,tots were fresh andthe foot long coney dog had plenty of chili & ????... definitely not disappointed,friendly staff and the morale of the crew wasupbeat and lots of great teamwork going on here. Great job to the Saturday night crew here definitely proved the reviews wrongand delivered that nostalgic flavor and drink Sonics is known for, keep up the great work!!!! Definitely will be back!!
