Store hours say 10pm but I went at 8:50pm and it was closed hmm.

Ordered online. 2 steak and cheese melts. Got home with the sandwiches to realize that almost nothing about the order was... correct. Neither sandwich even had cheese on it! Called to complain and was told that they would remake the sandwiches. Got homea second time to sandwiches NOT made the way I ordered them, and they STILL didn't have cheese!!! I called again to ask for amanager and the kid on the other end of the phone asked what I wanted him to do about it!!! Read more
I rarely do reviews but this place deserves it. How can you only have 1 person making subs for everyone during the rush period.... It doesn't make sense. I understand sometimes there is just things out of your control but it's ridiculous. I ordered aheadabout 5:50 pm and didn't get my order until 6:45. My family really wanted subway so that's the only reason I didn't cancel myorder. Plus it doesn't help that when you ask how long the order is going to take that they give you a attitude. Read more
I got to subway at 7:50 pm on a Thursday and they were closed they were still there and the employees where on their phone... ignoring people outside there were several clients wanting to go in and they were just ignoring everyone and the door was lockedreally inconvenient since it is stated on the website, google and at the door that it closes at 9 pm and they were closed at7:50 pm I was craving subway so much !
