What a joke of a location. Out of bread . At a sandwich place. No turkey /tuna/roast beef Management should truly be ashamed... to run a terrible business like this .clearly doesn?t care about operating correctly , corporate should release this joke of alocation (always low on items /bread selection) talk about no preparation. Overall the services was terrible, it looked like the employee was bothered anytime we asked for an additional product, I get it... you don't like working there, but management needs to ensure that they are putting friendly helpful staff out there. Secondly Iwas eating my sub and about half through I chomped down on a blonde hair that was actually in the dough. Thirdly they were outof majority of the veggies. Came here as our usual subway on McDowell closed. Employee was talking to a friend. Groaned when he saw us and asked if we... wanted just one sub (for a group of three. Not on each. One total). We told him we wanted one each, and he proceeded to be rude.We asked for our subs, and to our dismay they had only one type of bread. Or so the employee claimed. Wanted to place an order while the two girls were making each other sandwiches. I wanted a meatball sub and the two girls there... asked me If I was sure I wanted to order that because the meatballs were kinda old and I was looking at the menu was told theywere in the middle of restocking which seemed like a lie given what they were doing before I started to order? I figure might as well get busy taking care of my to do list items, and stopped by to get a breakfast item or something to... eat. I have been here several other times service is anything from ok, to why did I come here? So even if they were open, andsystem was not updating, based on previous experience at this location I most likely would have given 3 or 4 max, and they wouldhave had to show significant improvement compared to previous visits. Personally I don't care if they're cleaning the floors orif they're the sandwich makers. please do wash your hands between cleaning the floors and making sandwiches of course, but moreimportantly take some pride in what it is that you're doing to earn some money. Take care of the customer, and they will takecare of you. A nice smile, a friendly hello, goes a long way, you may even try saying, welcome to Subway, have you decided whatyou might like to order, or may I offer a few suggestions for you to consider? It's just a bit more friendly of a an approach Ifeel. The customer said I just hear your words that you're interested in assisting them, they should feel that you genuinelywant to assist them in there dining choice this day. Location isn't the best but any more today unfortunately a lot ofneighborhoods are going downhill it seems. fairly well patrolled by the police so you shouldn't have to be too concerned aboutany issues.
