this Taco Bell is really good! I always enjoy coming here everyone is so nice except for Kimberly she was so rude I wish she was... happy that way she would provide a happy experience for the customers. She had an attitude when helping out with my order andwas really rude when I asked for more food. If she doesn?t like working fast food she should not be working at Taco Bell it canalmost make people hesitant of coming back just because of her. Everybody is so nice in here, but there is this one African American female employee with tattoos. She is ALWAYS nice and... friendly when she's at the drive thru window. I don't know her name, but i know she is from Cleveland. Lol GIVE HER A RAISE! YOUNEED TO REWARD STAFF LIKE HER. I just moved to Arizona 2 months ago. She was one of the first people i encountered when i got tothis state. She set the tone. If everybody here acts like her, I'm going to love it here. ???? Read more

Awful? don?t eat here. I called because I got my order and left once I got home I noticed I was missing an item. I called and... spoke with the manager and ask if they could just refund my card for the missing item. The manager said ok then hung the phoneup. When I called back I got a bunch of kids laughing and hang ups. I will be disputing this entire order due to the way thiswas handled. My number one choice for local Taco Bells, usually (95% of the time) get my order correct, and are always quick and neat in... delivery. The people are very nice and friendly, they always ask how's my day going, and I've actually gotten to know some ofthe employees on a first and nick name basis. They recently installed kiosks for easier inside ordering! Read more
