Went to this location tonight and they forgot pretty much my whole order. I ordered 2 classic combos and they forgot 1 burrito... and 2 tacos and both orders of nachos. Always get my order right fast and friendly the purple brisk is no bueno!!! Otherwise food is always satisfying
Order is always missing items. It doesn't matter if you go in, go through drive up window or Door Dash the order is NEVER right.
Food was ridiculous on how bad it was made. I asked nicely for a redo, and they wouldn't do it. To this, I asked for the mgr. (... Jackie), and she refused to make it right. So, I then asked for a refund and she refused that , as well. I didn't even get areceipt. I wadded up the food and threw it away. True, it was only 13 loss but, it makes me sad how bad customer service isthese days. Nobody has any respect for your business, anymore. There is no customer appreciation. Customer being right isunheard of. These kids are rude and talk bad about you, as soon as you turn your back. Actually, I give them 0 stars. This iswhat my food looked like fresh off the line. At first, I felt a little judged. I've been backpacking the southwest and may have looked homeless. Nonetheless, I shouldn't... have felt that way. While that was never directly resolved another problem occurred. I'm vegan and order a specific taco:rice, black beans, lettuce, and Pico de Gallo. It was early, so I was willing to wait for the black beans. Yet that's when thesecond issue occurred. Either it wasn't communicated, was forgotten, or they were just trying to get rid of me, they had aplain refried beans taco ready in minutes. When I brought it to the manager's attention she assured me that what I ordered wouldcome out in its appropriate time. And it did! And it was delicious! It looked good too! So while, I probably wouldn't go thereif I were trans, I wouldn't give them less than 4 stars, because at least they were dismissive and not completely rude, and thefood was still great. Mr. Thomas was and smiled. Smiling is a big thing. Annisa was pretty knowledgeable as well with great conversation. Also she... didnt give up on the Spanish speaking customers with the knowing what was being relayed. This is my hometown Taco Bell andalways loved coming here. The food is okay, I'm not sure if they think people will notice they're using stale chips or taco shells, but we can. 95% of the... food I've received from here is stale. It would be much better if they threw away old product. I only eat at this location causeI live around the corner. Read more
