The restaurant was very clean and they were not busy. The food was ok staff not super friendly, but again it was ok the one... thing I didn't like was a manager was parked right outside the west side entry door using valuable customer parking, bad exampleto crew members. So here's the thing. My husband orders taco bell, maybe 4 times or of the week. And every other time, the order is wrong. I... won't lie, the people at the drive through have started recognizing his name and therefore double checking his order. Which isawesome. However, I want to do something special for his birthday. And a special shout out/ gift card for his birthday ( nextweek/ August 12) wouldn't hurt. He worked for the company when he was a teen and he's been loyal since. Now I rarely leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. Seeing how after a 13hr day at work all I wanted to do was go home and... enjoy my meal and get some rest.Literally no meat in my crunch wrap. Also no add on that were paid for. I mean I was literallythe only customer they had to deal with at the moment, there literally was no excuse for this nonsense. I will never go back tothis Taco Bell. It seems every time I try to order a quesadilla, the cheese isn't melted, I say green sauce INSTEAD and they either forget it or... don't put it in to beging with. It's really that hard? And they want more than minimum? Go back to school and learn how tolisten better. Had to melt the cheese myself.... Read more
