I gave it a 4 star review due to the speed of service, not sure what was going on this day and a couple weeks ago when we also... decided to use the drive thru it took us almost 25min each time to get out of the line. They were super slow and they forgot to give me fries but included it on the receipt. Also, the meat was still pink inside.... ???????????? Apparently, after reading other reviews, this has been happening for years. How have they dodged the HealthDepartment? Someone?s gonna get sick and it better NOT be me. Shut this place down! Four stars is the best I can ever give a chain. Kudos to The Habit for making a consistently good burger. The #1 with cheese is... my go to. Much better than any of the other fast food places. Lunch is a good time to go to this particular location. Dinnertime can have you in a long line. Read more
They put a $30 meal in the smallest bag they had and just threw my fries in there upside down. My sandwich was smashed. It was... Very messy! I Don't appreciate paying that much for this kind of service. Read more

The hamburger was delicious, hot and cooked just right. Instead of the FF I ordered the green beans...crispy... I will ordered... them again, they were tasty, crispy and really good. The only thing that we had to do was ask the staff to turn down the music. We couldn't hear each other talk. The staff was very polite, they turned down the music with no issues. The staff was veryfriendly and completed all the orders correctly. Great service and food!! Read more
