This place has a wide variety of delicious breakfast, sandwiches etc. But the cinnamon roll! Omg I forgot to take a picture of... it. The cinnamon roll had lots of icing, butter, and cinnamon ???? The eggs are made exactly how you order them. For our tableof 6 our total was around 90 bucks. Not bad for all of our crowd. The hash browns were delicious as well, with a nice crispycrust. This place is a gem in the middle of a pretty unsuspecting area. The decor is old timey and sassy and the staff are super... friendly. The portion sizes are absolutely huge and the food was all very delicious. We tried both breakfast and lunch foodswithin our group and everyone was very pleased with everything we ate. Delicious homemade food! We got the chicken fried steak and eggs Benedict. Probably wouldn't get the chicken fried steak again,... just wasn't to my taste. We will definitely be back though and I will try something else! Homemade biscuits are delicious also! Read more
My friend and I cam here for breakfast on August 18, 2022. Food and service was good as always. They have reduced their menu... since before covid. After we paid we were there at the booth chatting and a cockroach was on the table. At first we thought itwas a fly but no it was a roach. I managed to kill it with the bottom of the ketchup bottle, see picture. I told the waitresswho was very apologetic. We asked to speak to the Manger or owner but the owner was receiving a food order in the back, so shetold us to wait. We patiently we were then she came back and said the owner was on a phone call and took my name and number andsaid the owner would be calling. The owner never called. This place used to be so good to come to before covid and now it seemsit is going downhill. Sadly, I no longer recommend this restaurant and will not be returning due to this experience. Read more
A neighborhood diner located in the city of Avondale,AZ .Nikki made our first time dining experience at TJ?s a good one. She was... friendly and made us laugh with her beautiful personality. Wait time to be seated was about 30 min to get seated. Wait time toreceive our food was about 40-45 min. They are low in staff including cooks so it is a reasonable wait time. The food was worththe wait. I?m sure if the restaurant was fully staffed it would be a much great experience. Read more
Didn?t wait @ all to be seated because we sat @ the bar, however it did take a while for the food to be served. The omelette was... pretty good & fulfilling along w/ the hash browns. My husband had the hot chocolate & he really liked it as well. Our server wasvery nice Read more
So I haven't been to this place in a while but after coming back finally, I had great experience. My wife loved it. Our server... was amazing (Yvonne).The food came out quick and was delicious. The price was great. So I totally recommend this place to anyonewho wants a nice breakfast. Read more
