Looking at the lunch special I ordered the chicken and beef bowl. After paying I asked for my drink and was told you did not get... the lunch special. I asked if I can get the lunch special instead but I was denied the request by cashier. I thought customerwas always right. She could have saved all of this by suggesting the lunch special but maybe she needs a different job. Food wasgood but customer service was not good. Now I might consider comming back. Great food with decent service. My order was taken in a friendly manner. This location wants you to add a tip when you order.... Doesn't make sense due to no table service. I ordered a regular Chicken Teriyaki Bowl for dine in. It took a few minutes for myorder to complete which wasn't too bad. The quality of food was hot and tasty! The lobby was clean, but reminded me of a laundrymat with the extra vending. I did observe an employee cleaning the lobby while I was there. The sides of the tables don't getwiped down, as there were noticeable markings on the sides. The tables are white which highlighted the markings. I have been toother locations in the Valley, which looked more professional and not as tired looking. I still highly recommend this locationto anyone who loves some great food! Read more
Normally my husband and I order from a separate location but we decided to give this one another try. Should have just went to... our favorite location. I tried the butter garlic noodles with shrimp. The shrimp were so over cooked they were rubbery, but thething that got me the most was their shrimp hadn?t been cleaned properly. I had multiple shrimp with their digestive track fullof debris (and full on spewing out of the shrimp body) I guess it?s personal preference to have my shrimp ?deveined?, I guess Ijust don?t enjoy picturing eating shrimp stool when I?m trying to eat a meal. My husband and I came for tacos in the next door and came into here because they had some good looking pictures on their door.... So my husband got the large teriyaki chicken bowl and said it was good. I got Spicy California Sushi but for 8 pieces it was$6.99 and it was so small. Smallest sushi I've ever seen anywhere but it was pretty good. Read more
When I was sick with Covid and had no appetite, I remembered that the miso soup and shrimp tempura udon from this store was... very good. I often ate miso soup and udon with yogis roll. The miso soup& udon warmed my body the moment I ate it. I felt betterafter taking good care of it. you guys food saved me! thank you! Read more
