I love that system when you pick what you want and pay for what you got

Oh my goodness...run away. What a cluster-you-know-what....just went in this place to get some yogurt for my birthday and the... line was at the door, wrapped around the plexiglass all the way to the cash register. Looked like they had only 2 employeesworking, which were grossly overwhelmed. These kids were maybe 17-19 years old. Most all of the flavors had run out, so theselection was slim to none. The one kid was trying to run the cash register. The other one was frantically trying to refill thetoppings. No idea what the owner is thinking leaving these kids there, alone on the weekend. Terrible customer service , left the other frozen yogurt place to end up here to get horrible customer service . I asked the... young lady like three times about getting a spoon with my cup so I could try my yogurt after it?s in my cup because we?re goingto be eating our yogurt there(more so outside) and she kept shaking her head no and then said after I buy she would give me aspoon. Like really ? I got my kids with me you think I?m going to come and taste test all the yogurts n not but or think I?mgoing to steal yogurt? I didn?t get it . The place was so dirty you couldn?t even sit down and eat in there, there were hardlyany cups , the whole place was a turn off even my kids said they didn?t even want frozen yogurt anymore at that point we justwent right over to cold stone.
