Not the experience I was expecting on a Saturday night, store was probably short staffed but first arrived to be told drive... through wasn?t open at 930pm. Had to order at a kiosk and not with a person inside restaurant and waited over 15 minutes for ourorder. Unfortunately just not the fast food experience we wanted as we had just spent hours traveling on a plane. Wishing wewent somewhere else at this point. Read more

My family and I went to taco bell at 630 pm and ordered a meal a piece and 720 got are food manger or supervisor was a ignorant... and rude older lady no name badge there was several people in store that went through drive thru and got order wrong one manwaited longer then us and still didn't receive his food he had gotten a refund I should have gotten one for us cause the mangerdidn't even comment to us sorry about wait just had a attuide food was horrible my pizza was all.over box like they drop it inbag and put heavier items on top in bag spent 33.12 and food was garbage cold smashed will never go there again that for surerather spend money in a establishment that cares for there customers and way food appears tasty. And to the manger at that storeyou need to get better customer service skills and talk to your customers instead of being ignorant. One of the most disorganized Taco Bells I've been to. Most week nights if you pull up to the drive through they'll tell you the... drive through is "broken" and can you order inside, even if I'm just picking up an online order. Other times they'll have mepull around and wait in the lot for someone to bring me my order. If it wasn't on my way home I'd never go to this one becauseit's obviously badly run. I almost always order ahead so I don't have to wait long but at this one it doesn't matter. Read more
I am so sick of this establishment not opening on time during the weekend. Me and my wife use to love coming every weekend for... breakfast but for the past several months they have not been open at 8 as the store hours state, we started pushing it backcoming at 830-845 and still we get to the drive thru just to get told they are not ready yet. I will admit there have beenmaybe 2 or 3 times where the store was open on time and when it was are order took over a half hour to get and when we got homerealized we received the wrong order. If an owner or a manger reads this review please put training and employment in place towhere the store can open up on time, which I understand right now can be tough and if it's to difficult to accomplish this goalchange the store hours to reflect your stores ability.
