Extra slow service. The drive through started to take our order, then stopped (hung up?) and only took orders on the other line.... Had to go inside instead where the two big Macs and one medium fry took 6 minutes to come out after placing the order. Update:Came a few months later and interior service even slower. New bathrooms and they're kept clean! The drive through folk are friendly every random visit I've done in the past year or so.... Inside seems decent. Never had any issues with my orders. I trust this McD's more than the Wendy's nearby and think you're crazyif you think the Wendy's is even competition to this place. Read more
Usually pretty good, for a mcDs. Food usually at brand standard, as far as I've had. Can get busy - and, during those times,... could improve on handling in-store vs. premade orders vs. drive thru - sometimes feels difficult to get attention/help. And,could benefit from separating takeout/delivery more - and dedicating more to those orders. Overall, fine for a mcDs. Read more
Good location recently renovated with touch screen ordering. Has the indoor play place for kids.
This Ayer location recently got a full makeover in February. They just recently finished the kiddie play area, so that will be... good for families to utilize. Orders aren't always accurate, but there is one Indian associate (I forget his name,unfortunately) that is super friendly as the payout window. Read more
Food is consistently good here, and I've always been able to get a McFlurry no problem which is a bonus. Drive through time is... average - not super speedy, but pretty much never feels slow either. Biggest downsides of this location are the parking lotlayout (it's set up to have your drive around 3/4 of the restaurant before you can get in the drive through line), and thatthere is no outside seating Read more
I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again, which is bad because I worked here. Disappointed at peak hours. Prior staff was all... termed when it was remodeled. Wrong burger from what I ordered. Instead of a bacon 1/4lb I got a mcdouble. Went back, got anasty burnt 1/4lb with no bacon. Went back again for a refund. Nuggets were old, sauces were wrong, and staff said they were"worried it was the wrong burger" when I had to go back several times. I live right next to this McDonald's and I will gladlydrive to a different location. Read more
