To the manager: I'm not sure what's wrong with the microphone system, but please get it fixed. You have wonderful workers that... were so polite and tried their best to get my order right, but I had to repeat it 3 times because they couldn't hear the drivethru monitor. Luckily my food allergy symptoms aren't as bad as some people's and I was able to pull most of what I can't haveoff and eat it anyway with only mild symptoms. Please get this fixed so your team can continue providing excellent service. Read more

Taco Bell in Ayer not so bad. Service is a bit slower that I think it should be, being that the inside is still closed (or is... when ever I go) got bean burritos this last time and OMG so good BUT and huge one at that. Whom ever made them did not roll themcorrectly and with the first bite it all came out the other side. The person I was with who was eating it had burrito all downher front. Read more

Hands down the WORST taco bell location in Massachusetts. I tried going there twice this past weekend and they were not open for... business (some worker stopped us in the parking lot as we drove up and said they're short staffed and not taking orders.) So,why are you just chilling in the parking lot then if you're closed? We went back the next day and they said they're only takingmobile orders - meanwhile their online ordering system DOESN'T work! So you have to do grubhub and pay way more and waitFOREVER! McDonald's and Wendy's down the road is always open and never turns people away. If I was the owner of this locationI'd be firing everyone who is there and try to get new people staffed cause the ones who are there don't work! Read more

At 4:55 on a Sunday, 3 people working and they turned away drive thru orders. Dine in is closed but they were only taking mobile... orders. What is that about? There was a huge tournament just down the street. Wendy's across the street had a huge line as wellas McDonald's. They are losing customers for a reason. Read more

Horrendous experience with the children running this taco bell. First, it took them about 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence... at the drive thru, even after asking for them multiple times. When I arrived home (30 minutes away), half of the order wascompletely incorrect. When I called to request a refund for the incorrect items, I was met with hostility, denial, andultimately some teenager cursing at me. Avoid this place at all costs. Read more

Ordered drive through. Asked for all items with beans (confirmed on my receipt) and got all the food with beef instead. Mistakes... happen ? that?s not the issue. When we called to address it, they said they weren?t sure who made the order and nothing could bedone. One star for customer service, because they couldn?t even try to own up to it, let alone fix it. Ordered online. They don?t allow walk in so had to stand in drive through line. Intercom confirmed my ordered was ready and I... can pull ahead. Had to wait 30-40 mins between intercom and window as apparently they ran out of everything and could not helpcustomers ahead of me. Anyways, finally I made it to the window only to be told that they have misplaced my order and are outof ? well everything. I asked for a refund and after 10 minutes the manager (who preferred hiding vs helping her teenageemployee through this ordeal) shows up and gives me refund. Wasted 1 hour in all this and not a single apology. I feel for theguy in the front desk, he was struggling and seems like had no backing from manager. My only advice to him, get a job atMcDonald?s or Wendi's next door. Anyways my neighbor told me similar ?out of stock? stories he had experienced and I am notgoing here again. I Read more
