ONE HOUR LATE - Extra Topping missing I ordered a pizza during non peak hours thinking I should get it in 30 minutes. I live... five minutes away from the store. I ordered a salad and small gluten free pizza with extra cheese which I did not get. Theorder was charged to my Credit Card at 3:28. The Tracker they advertise is not reliable. It reached Quality Check at 3:33 andstayed there until it was finally delivered an hour later. After 45 minutes I contacted the store. They confirmed the pizzawas on its way. The Text Message feature is not reliable either. I selected to be notified when the driver is two minute away. The Text was not received until five minutes after the pizza was delivered. One hour is not acceptable. Next time I will getoff my lazy butt and drive to Roma's across the street and get a higher quality pizza. There is no incentive to ordering fromDomino's. Read more

Caution.... Rant ahead.. This place has always been great. We have ordered from here a few times every month without issues for... over 10 years. Tasty pizza, great service and delivery is always quick. Now, I don't know if they were just having a bad day,swamped, short staffed, or training new employees, but yesterday was a horrible experience. I ordered a few pizzas online forcarryout. When the app said the order was ready, I went to pick up. Gave them my name and nothing was ready... one pizza wasstill in the oven and they had not even started on the other two. A lady walked in behind me and the same thing happened to her.She was more than upset. I don't know what the mixup was. She wasn't sure what her family had ordered, so they told her the typeof pizzas that were ready, one of which was what I ordered. I'm pretty sure that was mine, and they gave it to her along with afree pizza for her troubles. Anyway, I'm a nice guy, so I wait patiently for another 20 min in the store, watching all of theemployees. They start on my 2nd pizza. Half the staff was flustered and obviously overwhelmed, and the other half were hangingout in the back, drinking water, leaning on the wall/counters, laughing and having a great time. I watched as other customersentered the store, some didn't get greated for 15 minutes. At one point there were several of us hanging out in the storewatching and wondering what the hell was going on. They must have asked me 5 times what my name was & what I was waitingfor.... Then they finally start on my last pizza. I wait for another 10 minutes. They call me over when everything is ready. Noapology, no explanation, like it was no big deal. I left pretty frustrated. Got home and the pizza was mediocre and not thenormal quality. Management needs to look into this.
