I have been coming to Vinny's for 20 years but tonight will certainly be my last time spending money at this establishment. I... pulled into the parking lot and could see that the place was practically empty. Maybe 1 or two tables of customers. I called into order so I could get some shopping done at a neighboring store and a young lady answered the phone and immediately put me onhold. I watched in disbelief as she placed the phone down and sat down and began playing on her cell phone. At that time, Ishould have taken my business elsewhere but I decided to go inside to place my order. As I walked in, the same young lady got upfrom her phone and took my order. I was given a wait time of 25 minutes. No big deal. That's relatively standard even though itwas for two subs. I went and did my shopping and returned after 30 minutes. I was told that my order still wasn't ready. Ipatiently sat down and waited another 10 minutes before the first adult I saw all night asked me what I had ordered. She walkedright over to the shelf and grabbed it. It had been sitting there the whole time. I didn't say anything, I just left. I was soinfuriated and the woman who handed me my food was not at fault and causing a scene wouldn't have solved anything. The food wasLuke warm at best and definitely not worth the lackadaisical service and a forty minute wait. Times are so financially toughright now. It truly hurt to support a business who made me feel as if my business didn't matter. I truly hope that this reviewcan help Vinny's pay attention to how their staff treats and interacts with paying customers because you can't retain businessthis way. Read more

Been there twice now. I find the food very good and delicious. Jordan is the best and very friendly!
