It use to be 11 herbs and spices. I think they forgot 10 of them. No flavor what so ever. Drove 25 min, waited 30 min, and then... 25 min back home. Not worth the trip. Read more
Horrible experience the young lady at the cash was actually outside making a tic toc video and when she comes in to prepare my... order I see her in the back grab from my popcorn chicken and start eating it and then proceeds to lick her fingers as sheprepares my box meal. That is absolutely unacceptable. We basically just through it in the garbage! Read more
Placed an order online on August 5, when on route to pick up they called and said the location was closed. They said they would... refund my credit card for the order. Today August 23 still no refund. Have called two times even called the 800 number still norefund. Read more
Food was hot and good but service was a bit slow. Ordered online and set pickup for 20 minutes later. Arrived and still had to... wait another 15 before my food was ready. The large fries were only half full. Read more
Terrible! We received the wrong order. We're given popcorn chicken and strips instead of dinners ordered. Fries were cold and... coleslaw was warm and mushy like it had been sitting for a couple of days. So disappointing! Read more
I realize that at KFC it's always hit and miss, but the chicken on Easter Monday was dry, flavourless, and cold. Literally... tasted like day old that had been left on the counter overnight. Gave them another chance today. Ordered two regular chickensandwiches online at 6:59. They were supposed to be ready at 7:13. I received two dry sandwiches at 8:24. You seriously needto consider closing this place down. Read more
Online order said 15 minutes before its ready, got there 20 minutes later to be safe and absolutely no chicken available, they... had JUST started to drop the chicken when I showed up. Waited almost an hour for our food, the workers were arguing in front of all of the customers. 2 customers asked for refunds... because of the long wait times and the staff gave them attitude over it. Chicken was VERY salty almost inedible. Read more
