Saturday morning, Looked like half the store front staff was new and students, and it was busy. I hope they get the training... support they need as they seemed nervous, I know it's hard on scheduling. But they did great! Worked hard to be friendly andquick despite being overwhelmed. The staff are usually nice but every time I order a latte from this particular store this is what they look like and I haven?t... even had a drink. These were the last two that I have ordered. Today it was legit half of my cup. I never have this issue at anyother Tim Hortons! Very disappointing. Read more
They never have half of the stuff on the menu. I order decaf for health reasons and half the time it?s actually decaf. If you go... after 7pm don?t expect them to have any kind of food or bakery items sometimes earlier. Read more
