Service was ok. Staff were friendly but the kids ordered ice caps and there were no straws. The server did not bother to offer... spoons or anything. She just said they didn't fill them as much as usual so they were easier to drink. Have you ever seen a kidtry to drink one of those without a straw in the car....yikes. Read more
3 people working and all not very fast and only serving drive through for the time I was there. One guy was in front of me... inside and I don't know how long he already waited to be served. I waited around 7 to 10 minutes and finally walked out. Read more
Waited ten mins in drive thru while it was 40 degrees out because the guy on drive thru was having a nice long chat with the van... infront of us only to find out they didn't get our order and messed it up when we got to the window. Orders two ice coffees withtwo creme, not rocket science. Read more
When they are staffed properly, fastest Tim Hortons drive through I've ever been to in my life. One time i left my house which... is a 30 second drive to Tim's, got into drive thru, ordered, window, paid and left it was literally ONE MINUTE. Staff there isalways friendly and nice. Read more
Twice I've ordered the pumpkin spice latte and both times it was barely half full. Not impressed at all. Besides not getting... what I paid for with lattes, it depends who's working if the person at the window is polite. I will also mention, they don't payattention to their pots and how low they are. When I worked at a Tim Hortons we never gave the last bit because of coffeegrinds. There has been a few times when my coffee isn't full and I get to the bottom and it's a mouth full of coffee grinds. Absolutely horrible. Went in ordered coffees with milk...they were made with cream and the young guy in there told me they were... made with milk when they were not. I know what the difference in color is between milk and cream. We Cant drink cream as we getupset stomachs from it. The photo attached, I ordered a cinnamon fog. Thought the cup felt light so I opened the lid and thatswhat it looked like. Taste absolutely disgusting! Read more
