Very unprofessional !! This Location is the worse so far.. Did a order in store for a small Pizza i was told to wait 30 minutes... tops. After 30 minutes she says won't be long so i end up waiting another 15-20 Minutes then i whent up to ask her if she knowsatleast how long approx would it take because i got somewhere to be and waiting 50 minutes for a small pizza is not reasonableso she goes and check inside the oven and it wasn't even in the oven or even made !!!! Then i got super frustrated and told herthat it isn't the right way of business giving someone a promise saying 30 mins maximum when you know you need longer and heranswer was " It's not my problem when people make online or delivery orders our system automatically pushes the in store ordersat the end of the list because their not our priorities. See that right there is the most insane thing I EVER heard in historyordering pizza for the last few decades.... anyways i'd give this location 0 star if i could / DO NOT RECOMMEND BE AWARE !!!!! Amazing pizza, amazing in store staff. Ordered online and it was ready by the time I got there, 15 minutes. I took the special... of the day pizza: the Canadian. (Great amount of toppings for being a special!!) The only thing I would suggest is that theyget more agents to answer the phone because I was on hold for about 20 minutes, and that us totally ridiculous. Read more
Tried this Pizza Hut for the first time now that they?re back in Aylmer and it was great. Delivery was quick, under 30 minutes,... service was friendly and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. We?ll be ordering again soon from here for sure. Great job andwelcome back to Aylmer! Read more
Pleasantly surprised! Ordered from skip the dishes about 4 times, and great! Love the boneless volcano wings. First time veggie... pizza undercooked a bit, but overall great! Brings me back to my childhood ordering Pizza Hut; and so close to home! Read more
I love Pizza Hut pizza and was happy when this one opened. The staff is mostly friendly but forget the dip I pay for every time... and very clearly expect a tip. I find the vibe quite awkward since they don?t deliver and it is not a restaurant where you areserved but make it very obvious that they expect to be tipped once they look at the bill after payment and treat youdifferently. Very odd. Pizza is a 7/10 for me. I feel awkward to continue to go since the cashier normally has a bit of anattitude. Read more
The staff is very friendly and seem to be hardworking. That's worth both stars really. The real problem with the place is I've... never picked up a pizza that was actually cooked. I have to finish them in the oven at home. We've tried asking for well done,that doesn't work either. The pizza go through a conveyor type process. I'm no expert but perhaps slow down the conveyor? Irealize this will decrease output at peak times. But the quality of the product should be paramount and I don't feel it is. Read more
