I would love to give the staff 5 stars for running an inadequately managed store ok the weekends. Found out that managers will... not come in to support their staff because extracurricular activities are more important than running their store. Managers -if your staff requires your help, show up. Very clean, fast, nice people. Suggestive selling was on and it was less of a busy period of the day.
I find this location is one of the better ones in the area. Staff is friendly. If you mobile order they'll put it together... pretty quick for pickup. Read more

When I came into the Aylmer location on Vanier street, there was approximately 10 people waiting in line. One girl scrolled... through her phone in front of the customer while making a skip the dishes order. The other 2 girls just sat there and watched.When I asked why only one person was taking orders she said that because she is responsible for taking the payments, the othergirl is responsible for putting on the vegetables and the other girl makes the sandwiches. 3 people left in the time I had towait. Went to this location twice this week. First visit : My chicken burger was Frozen, literally frozen still. Second Visit : ... My steak and cheese sub was toasted, but the steak was...you guessed it, frozen. Same employee both nights. I HIGHLYRECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS SUBWAY. Read more
I ordered from "skip the dishes". The Subway doesnt follow any instructions left on the order. For example I asked extra... olives; didnt get it, I also asked extra pickles; also didnt get it.
