Total incompetence! Worse McDonalds I've ever been to! Took a bite of my McRib, and thought....kind of dry. Guess what....no... sauce, at all. Just a slab of meat on bread. My BigMac, they ALMOST made a bullseye with the "special" sauce. Just slopped halfway on. And EVERYTHING cold. Well, at least my Coke was good...After we figured out which was diet and which was regular sincethey had the lids mixed up. And these kids want $15 dollars an hour? They can play with an iPhone but can't make a hamburger?What a joke. We won't be back. Too bad we can't give less than 1 star. Read more

The Aynor SC, McDonald's here was fantastic, I wish all the others were like this one! I only ordered 2 McChickens and med fry.... But they had it done fast and acknowledged me immediately, had friendly attitudes and the atmosphere was Fall themed, verywelcoming. Food was great! Fresh. Good going manager and team there. On the way to Columbia SC my daughter and I decided to get breakfast at the drive thru. As we proceeded on our way I noticed... that they gave me the wrong sandwich.I decided to give the store a call.The Manager took care of this situation veryprofessionally and handled it great.He is truly an asset to this establishment. Decent restrooms if traveling. Some staff are friendly. Some are not that great with customer service. They are more concerned... about their phone or gossiping to even acknowledge that you're standing there waiting for assistance. To be honestthough, thatgoes for most fast food restaurants these days. Read more
really bad customer service, didn?t get most of the order, the change was all messed up and I didn?t even get what I should have... gotten back. the math on the receipt was all wrong. they had attitude when we corrected them trying to get the food that theydidn?t give us, we were all really respectful about it but still got a snobby response out of it. not to mention the drink sizefor the coffee we ordered was wrong. too many problems that don?t get fixed. when we pulled up to the first window the girl andboy that was there were just playing around instead of paying attention to what they were doing. They are not professional at all and do not greet you. They are slow at preparation and do not have any remorse for it. When... they take your money then give you your food which might be right, they do not even thank you for your business!! Horrificcustomer service and very unprofessional. Super convenient location and not too crowded. Shares location with a gas/convenience store, making it a quick one-stop shop.
