My go to place whenever i am in the Ayr region. It's a rare sight in this place and you find this Tims only while you enter or... about to exit from the area. The place is not crowded, so you get the order quite fast even if you walkin. Staff are usuallypolite and you get what you order in terms of food or drink preparation. Read more

Ayr resident that visits this location daily if not more. Clean, modern and friendly HOWEVER... twice in the last 2 weeks wrong... order given. As someone that struggles in the morning and does fasting my morning coffee is everything. Needless to say I'mquestioning possibly getting my morning coffee when I drive into Cambridge every morning. Maybe staff should concentrate onwho's getting what order. Maybe call it out as you hand it to the customer. *ps I realise it says on the lid what it is but myeyesight isn't the best half asleep in the darkness of 5:40am* Ordered a coffee milk, half a sugar. This Tim Hortons location has always been kind of... meh... ordered a sandwich today and the bun was completely burnt and tasted... like char. Not sure how you don't notice a completely burnt bun when assembling the sandwich. Read more
Possibly the worst Tims. My wife and I have both had coffee spilled on us due to the employees not placing lids on the coffee... properly. We've both been burned and had not even received a call from management to see if we are ok. They gave us napkins toclean the messes. Cups leak, and they will not double cup for you as "that is their policy." Terrible, terrible terrible. Read more
