Waited almost 30 mins for 2 meals . Went up and asked why we weren't getting our food and she gave me a lame excuse about fryer... going down but everyone behind us was getting there food. So very disappointing experience for our dinner. Read more

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. In my recent experience, there was one person taking drive-thru orders, and 5 to... 6 people preparing food. Myself and at least 5 other people were waiting for someone in the lobby to take our orders, or evenacknowledge us. One guy asked if the lobby was open, and we were told yes they are, but she is taking drive thru orders andwould get to us as soon as she could. Even in her spare time between orders, she would turn her back to us and watch the cooks,while fiddling with her headset and ignoring all of us at the counter. There was no viable reason why she could not have takenjust one order, but she did not. Customers began to leave, as they repeatedly took and filled orders from drive thru. This wenton for a good half an hour while still not taking an order kn counter. Everyone in the lobby was ignored and not evenacknowledged, as they continued to serve their drive thru line. Several people came and left, visibly upset. FINALLY the ladyon the headset was told that "since we are waiting on chicken right now, go ahead and take some orders on front counter." Thiswas totally unacceptable. I have worked many many years in food/customer service...some of those times it was only 2 of usemployees in the entire store til others came on shift. You cannot just ignore and pretend customers aren't there. You should bealternating orders...2 drive thru, 2 counter etc, and repeat. The lack of caring on everyone's part that day was ridiculous. Iwon't ever go through those doors again. There is just never an excuse for ignoring customers, not looking at them, not even say"I apologize, we will get to you guys." Waited 35 minutes on "fresh chicken" because we did not want extra crispy. They pulled the original recipe directly out of the... oil and into the bucket without letting it drain off. Needless to say, everything was SUPER greasy. Read more

I've noticed the change in management has had a positive impact on this location food quality and staff are superior compared to... other fast food restaurants in Azle. Food is always fresh and exactly how it should be when I order. I don't even need torecheck my bag to see if it's correct. Also I get exactly what I pay for here quality service. Read more

The KFC part is ok besides the gravy was like water the Long John's sucks second time I picked up hushpuppies are burnt to crisp... the shrimp cooked with the kfc chicken not even close to LongJohn's supossed to be didn't get my fish got chicken nugget what Ifelted like how small it was, just teenagers working there that bearly it have a clue the crammed the family meal into thesmaller box and put the regular meal in the biggest box they had most likely won't go back to this one Read more

I love the taste of KFC and an thankful they survived the pandemic. Although last night I came through the drive thru, and... didn't check the order. I did not realize that my two orders of corn were not in the bag until I got to the race track in Boyd.I did call the store to let them know and left a message. But haven't received a phone call back. Other then that they are stillamazing. And the young man at the window was so kind and polite. Hopefully y'all will make good on the corn. Read more
