We come here every now and then and today was the best visit yet! Lacie made my daughter's day!
First shift is my favorite. They do not skimp on the ingredients. The front counter staff is on the ball and always... appropriately courteous. Walking the lobby when she has time to check on customers and clean. The food is always fresh. If itspacked we come back later because its gotta be stressful on the staff. I have seen some really rude people treat the staff likegarbage but noone stands up for them and they quit. Cant keep good employees when the customers are allowed to act like that. Read more
This place is usually packed but to the employees credit I've never had a rude experience here. They are always rushing around... and getting orders out. Chicken Express staff could learn a little about customer service skills from the Taco Casa crew. Read more
Food is always great. Service on the other hand?.. I get the same girl at the window everytime and she?s RUDE. I can understand... a bad day because I worked in the food industry for 3 years. But this is everytime. Put her in the back and off the window. Read more
Tacos are very tasty here, the wait was extraordinary long? I made it clear that I wanted two sauces for each Taco order and I... was shorted by four sauces so that my last two tacos didn't get any sauce. I even asked as I was handed the bag do I have twofor each taco and I was told I had more than enough. I won't be back because I don't like being lied to! Read more
Went inside after school, haven't been to a taco casa in years staff was very nice and understanding. Even brought out food to... us and helped throw away when we were done. Tables were being cleaned and floor swept after people were done. Other fast foodplaces could learn from this. I don't know how many times I go into an empty place and they are standing around and every tableis dirty not one wiped down. Read more
