While the food was very good the service was abysmal. We sat in one of the 2 drive thru lanes for several minutes watching cars... in the other lane have their orders taken. We were finally able to back up and move to the other Lane, give our order, and getour order only to discover they had failed to include our hashbrowns. I ended up having to go inside to rectify their mistake,whereupon another several minute wait ensued. A tip to the manager; if you dont have adequate personnel then shut down thesecond lane.
