While the food was very good the service was abysmal. We sat in one of the 2 drive thru lanes for several minutes watching cars... in the other lane have their orders taken. We were finally able to back up and move to the other Lane, give our order, and getour order only to discover they had failed to include our hashbrowns. I ended up having to go inside to rectify their mistake,whereupon another several minute wait ensued. A tip to the manager; if you dont have adequate personnel then shut down thesecond lane. Employees messed up order in drive-thru and when I went inside to get missing items Employees argued with me and then 1... employee turns her back and smarted off about me. Waited in the drive-thru. No one asked for our order, but they did ask the two cars beside us. Decided to go in since there was... only one car in the parking lot. No one was behind the counter. It took a while before a lady slowly came over to help the twoguys in front of us. They were having an issue and it looked as though no one else was in a hurry to take out order, so we left.Worst experience we have had so far, but not the only one. Read more
Management never seems to order anything until they are completely out, for example condiments and french vanilla, so they are... always out of something customers need. Iced coffee was undrinkable, tasted like plastic. Poorest run McDonald's we have everbeen to. Read more
If I could give this place a zero I would! We went through the drive thru today at 12. We order 3 double cheeseburger bundles... and a number 3. We were told to pull up to spot 1. We waited for over 30 minutes only to have to go back in twice because oneof our burgers was made incorrect twice!!! I don?t understand the disconnect of how hard it is to fulfill and order correctly. We got a few free cookies but only because my husband asked. Highly disappointed In the service we received.
