Staff are great and obviously take pride in their work because they do a great job at making sure food items are fresh, items... are stocked, and the overall appearance/cleanliness of the store. Since the remodel they do have the fresh baked pizza they makeon site. They taste great, are always fresh, and you are able to order whole pizzas for a fraction of the cost compared to thepizza chains. The Wait for a fresh whole pizza is very short. Maybe ten minutes. The coffee and beverage bars are maintainedwell. If they run out of any complimentary items such as creamers or food condiments they are very willing to immediately bringwhatever it is without making you wait or feel like it's an inconvenience to them. The parking lot is kept clean, trash cans arekept clean and emptied enough to where you don't have to worry about being able to utilize them, and gas pumps are kept in goodshape with screens you can actually read. BATHROOMS ARE EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN! I'm assuming they take good care of their employeesand it's a good work environment because you generally see the same faces on each shift the staff have always been courteous,personable, and they don't try to rush you out or act as if they are annoyed when you ask for them to do something even whenthey are busy. Even with race track being a large corporation the Azle location does a great job at keeping the small townexpectations, values, and the local community a priority. I can't say the same for the other locations I frequent but I amconfident in saying that the Azle location should be the standard and set the minimum expectations for all the others becausethey have exceeded the gold standard of service, cleanliness, and customer service that any business should strive for. It's disappointing everytime we go in there 3/4 of the slushie machines are always down!!
Just dealt with a racist employee. Instead of going around the desk to look at a price check, she assumed I was trying to pull a... fast one on them. I even took a photo of the item and then she got mad attitude. She is the one that is wearing a ton of makeup Read more
They will get you in and out of that store extremely fast (unless a slow druggie is in front of you)
This is a good location! They have a good security at the pumps. And the staff are pretty good nothing to write home about. The... place is clean with some pretty good variety. But if I?m being honest I would rather drive a mile down the road and go toQuickTrip. They just always seem to be the better gas station option Read more
Fairly decent gas station and convience store.
Poorly staffed, was needing a receipt for gas purchase, due to the printer at the gas pump station running out of paper. Left... without one , simply because the staff member "working..?" Would not take the incentive to walk over to the window and ask whatI needed help with. So Beware, Will not take the time to walk over to a "window" by the register to help a customer with asimple receipt for gas. Which by the way, the window is used for when the inside of the store is closed to the public. Due toremodels, cleaning Ect. Hope this helped. Read more
