Can not believe the service we received tonight ???????? the guy with a ponytail and the older lady working upfront were... obviously (and very verbally) over their job tonight which is understandable but still very confusing to me because online saysthey close @10 and it?s not even 8? I work in a restaurant as well and I would never give the customer service I receivedtonight. On top of that- No meatballs, the chili was ?burnt because the prior shift doesn?t do their job and they had to pickup the slack? and I absolutely know the GM would not approve of this behavior and it should definitely be addressed. Sandwiches were good. Selection was good. Price was astronomical for sandwiches. The soda tasted terrible. There was ample meat... and a good selection of vegetables and dressings. Much better than my last visit here. Read more
This Subway is very professional, they were all working together like a team should getting every customer their food and out... the door as fast as they could. They all were smiling and very pleasant. Need more teams like this one that did a busy lunchrush and did not look stressed. I placed and order for 3 foot longs online and once notified they were ready for pick up, they actually weren't. Now that being... said, I walked in and there system had been down but the 2 employees got my food together as soon as I could. They explained tome that they had been extremely busy and severely short staffed which I can certainly understand. It's only a minorinconvenience for me to have to wait longer and I understood the predicament. Communication and explanation was 100% hence the 5stars. I waited, got my food, was told have a great night. Food was perfect, no complaints. It is what it is. I'll still go tothis location considering it's right down the road from where I live. Love my subway sandwich. Great place to get what you want and a great way to eat healthy. Lots of bread choices and now they... have ciabatta bread. Great wraps as well. They recently added mini sandwiches. Read more
