Double check your order in the drive thru. Every visit I come to, something is forgotten and it?s my own fault for not checking... my order. I hate holding up a line in a drive thru, but also remember it could always be someone?s first day/week. Make sure theorder is correct on the screen before they charge you for something you didn?t order. Read more
Usually this location isnt an issue, but tonight was definitely a problem. Order was simple, a #8 regular, no lettuce. Should be... just some locos tacos, meat n cheese, but I get home and boom tacos are Supremes. That and I saw an employee holding a bucket ofsome sort to the ice machine where customers drinks are made for drive through and delivery orders. Who knows where that bucketsbeen, but the guy placed it on the floor before getting ice. Declined my drink and wont be getting food from here any more. Read more
AND YOU EMPLOYEES WANT $15/HR??? No napkins.. guess I should use my shirt. If I was the owner, I would be P.O.'d for giving... away this ridiculous amount of sauce because it all costs money.. especially now..... tacos were probably already made becausethe shell was so soggy that the ingredients fell out immediately. Awesome experience! They had an awesome team that complimented each other politely. We had forgotten 4 of our tacos the other... night and they promptly replaced them as well as gave us coupons for more free tacos. Seats were clean, as well as the tables.Just an awesome restaurant with an awesome team working there. Read more
Pre-COVID this was hands-down the BEST Taco Bell I'd ever eaten at. Food was super fresh and staff was amazing. Over the past 2... years it's gone downhill. A steep hill. ALWAYS forget at least one item. Its almost like its their business model. CHECK YOURORDER. I'm at fault too, but I hate holding up the line to check my order. Food thrown together poorly.
