Everytime I order curbside, it takes FOREVER! tonight it said ready in 6-9 minutes.... It took TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for them to... bring it out! I even called to check status and they said they're putting fries in and it'll be out. TEN minutes later I had togo in and get my order and the drinks weren't even ready. The thing about this location is they take forever ever. It doesn?t matter if you do pickup or drive-thru. Last night we... ordered ahead and did pickup. Our order still came out over 15 minutes past the time it was to be ready. The kids fries weredumped upside down in the bag. The fries in general were limp and not crispy. My chicken sandwich was cold. We were not givenany ketchup or napkins. If there was a closer Whataburger I wouldn?t ever chose this one. Read more
They were super busy, but I hear that's always the case in Azle, and I had to wait approximately 20-25 minutes before my food... was ready. I had asked for fries right out of the grease when they were super hot, and I think it was the manager taking myorder and I heard her say that to whoever was back where they were preparing the orders. But I wasn't expecting it and I didn'tget it that way. After standing there and waiting so long for the order, I didn't expect that anybody would remember and Iwasn't going to wait any longer. I thought the meal might be real hot anyway with Whataburger being as busy as they were but itwasn't. It was semi lukewarm. It didn't taste bad and it didn't taste great. I ate it and it filled me up. It was just average.The employees were working hard due to how busy they were. I imagine if they weren't as busy as they were I might have gottenhot fries and a hot burger too. I'm definitely not going to go back if they are as busy as they were today. It just takes waytoo long and you don't get things exactly as you want them. I don't blame Whataburger because like I said, they were busy. Clean. Super clean. Great access from the highway. Staff was exceptional. Handled our large group with speed without sacrificing... quality. 100% would seek out this particular location to dine at again. One of the best experiences I've had at a fast foodrestauraunt. Read more
Place was disgusting. Trash overflowing and on the floor, the tables were dirty, and the food cold. I understand it was 1:30 am... but there's no discount for what time you are served so the food should be fresh and hot regardless if it's 1:30 am or 12:00 pm.The only part of the experience that was good is the person who was taking orders and bringing out to the tables was awesome andkept a great attitude. The chicken here is ALWAYS to cooked to where it is way to hard to eat even on the chicken honey butter biscuits.. It was 5:30... we went to pickup breakfast before leaving and even then it just tasted stale and overcooked other then than its an okay placemaybe a bit overpriced for their stuff I mean just a burger alone is almost as much as the meal which is ridiculous so I hardlygo here anymore but they are open 24/7 so that is good for late night no other options anymore I don't think so a plus I guess.
