I doordash in the area and the manager here has an attitude. I do what my phone tells me to do and he not only tells me, "we... don't do doordash this way" but when I tried to figure the problem out, he didn't even come back. I sat in the front waiting forabout five minutes and he never came to talk to me. Being rude and unhelpful doesnt get either of us anywhere. This place has rapidly declined in quality the past year ,and went there the other day to eat and it was by far the worst... tasting burger I have ever received! Order was pretty basic. Two green chili double cheese burgers, big Mac meal, kids meal, and a 10pc nugget. When we got home to... Bloomfield there was no green chili on the burgers. No 10pc nugget and a 5" black hair was in my big Mac. When we called theemployee that answered was rude and hung up. Stopped while traveling. Order wasn't tooled correctly I ordered I happy meal and I ended up with nuggets and juice a juice. The... lady tried and made it right. But felt overwhelmed was suppose to be something fast and simple while on the highway. Normally I get what I pay for. Not this morning. I paid 4.54 for a Carmel frappe no whip and extra drizzle, my go to drink from... McDonald's because it's usually made the way I like it. At 10:21 I received the drink but with hardly any extra drizzle. I'mprobably just going to start going into the lobby. Disappointing how fast this place has gone downhill since I left. My visit was dissatisfactory to say the least. Im pretty sure that hamburgers used to come with 2-3 pickles a sprinkle of onion... and a reasonable about of ketchup and mustard. I received a dry bun with a fairly dusting of condiments, no onions, and a singleminiature pickle on both of my hamburgers. Read more
