So I just went there and ordered my lunch. Ordered the big Carl told her I wanted no lettuce no tomato I just want mayonnaise ... Not the 1000 island dressing. I asked for extra pickles and onion she told be that an extra charge I told her I have never beencharged before and with an attitude she said I am the manager we charge for everything then said you want your order or not!What kind of management team they have working for them and my food was still wrong! I hate being lied to. The manager this morning told me that they didn?t have syrup. I understand that it?s annoying to go back... and forth for little things, but to tell me that the shipment didn?t come today with syrup sounded like a lie, and veryirresponsible. The fries in Carl's Jr. are always hot and crispy. The service here is very friendly. May God drag customers to this store.
As I walk in right now I'm not greeted with hello are hi are any type of greeting instead I'm being told the bathroom is out of... order and I'm confused I didnt even ask to use the bathroom I actually went inside to get food . The lady working was the onethat usually works the graveyard shift she had on a pink head band for her hair .. she BTW is horrible at her job .. the othernight she actually charged my girlfriend twice for the same order .. this place for the price isn't worth it at all .. I will give this location zero stars if I could. I stopped for (2) burgers via drive-through. It took about 15 minutes. When I... got home, not only were the burgers not what I ordered for, they were cold. The lady taking orders can barely speak English. What the hell? Amazing CANT believe they got the order right!!!! For the past like two months every strife through ive been to has gotten... something wrong with my orders like last night the carls jr off of foothill totally let us try and drive off without our drinkfor a meal we ordered. Make sure you get a receipt from this location. Stopped there and ordered a Breakfast Burger and was not given a receipt. I... thought I could trust this cashier with charging me correctly, I was mistaken. She charged my card $9.14 for the $4.99 burger. Iwill never return to this Carl's Jr. No wonder it doesn't get much business. These employees will run the place down and itwill end up closing.
