I walked in at 7:30 Pm, ordered two plates. Upon ordering my salad bowl, the young lady was pleasant. I requested lettuce, steak... and extra grilled veggies. The bin was completely empty and she told me they were out. Another person came up to the counter andproceeded to compete my order. I asked her if she was the manager and she replied yes. Asked her what time they close and shesaid 10pm. In a very mild manner, I stated to her that I wouldn?t be the only person that may be disappointed for the lack ofveggies. In a smirky tone, she said she could see about grilling some veggies and would take about 30-40 minutes to which I saidthat?s not necessary. I went with lettuce, dried up steak, beans and some salsa much to my dismay. At no time did she try to beunderstanding of my disappointment. She had a look that said?.?I don?t care?. The rice was undercooked. They put raw avocados in the guacamole and on top of that it was very sour. The mild salsa was also... extra sour. The carnitas was the only good thing I ate. I love this chipotle so much I think I have it almost twice a week. The app makes it easy to order and they always make it in... the time they give you. The staff is always nice. Read more
Don?t come here. Very unhappy with this Chipotle. 100% do not feel valued as a customer.
I've been coming in since opened up and the first week was great but since then the Employees don't greet you a smile or least... most them I did notice the entrays of meats either where very low and when asked for double meat the employee would skimp ondouble meat then when I would bring to there attention plz add more I'm paying 450 more they look at me like I'm stupid also themeats need to be much hotter in those containers because the chicken was like Luke warm .and I noticed I been purchasing thesame orders it seems to differ in pricing when I asked why last time I ordered the same burritos it's usually 31.?? They're still working out the kinks since they just opened. (That's why I gave 4 stars) Staff was nice and friendly seemed to... try and get to know my son and me. We're so excited they opened nearby and we have a better chance of actually bringing homewarm chipotle. Read more
Service was fast and the location was very clean. The parking lot here is awful so the location is always slow. The rice was... soooo hard lol but they remade my bowl without question. Read more
