Worst service ever.. ordered pizza 2 hrs ago and they just messaged messaged me saying they were on their way.. I had to get out... of bed just to go outside and cancel because I didn?t want them to wake up my family which already fell asleep.. I had triedcalling multiple times when it was an hour already of me waiting and didn?t get an answer at all. Don?t order here unless youwant your family to goto sleep on an empty stomach. Read more

Ordered online. The pizzas were done before the estimated time. And it was pretty delicious even if I did create my own.
VERY BAD AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The female named REBECA is very rude and not helpful at all! I placed an order online... and refused to give my order to my father who went to pick up my order due to covid. REBECA refused to hand me fresh pizza afterit sat out for 30 + minutes, REBECA said I had to re pay for it after I already had paid for it . I asked to speak to managerand she described me VERY rudely to the manager , after I spoke to the manager he was nice and had great customer service unlikeREBECA! WELL DOMINOES YOU LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEE REBECA.... THEY NEED NEW EMPLOYEES!! Read more
My husband ordered pizza in this store, I went to pick it up, I showed identification and the card with which the order was... paid, but they did not want to deliver it to me because it was not him personally, I had an unpleasant moment and I had to askthem to really cancel it I was very upset that my order was not delivered. The manager is a very unpleasant person. Idefinitely do not recommend that you buy here. Read more
I ordered a medium sausage & pineapple pizza on the app. It happened to be free because I had earned enough rewards points.... Well, I was just going rest for a minute, but I closed my eyes & ended up sleeping 3 hours after I ordered the pizza. I went togo pick it up & the young boy working searched for it, but then told me that they throw away the pizza if the person who orderedit doesn?t come within 2 hours. Good to know. He kindly said they can make the pizza again & it would be ready in 15 min. It wasready in like 7 minutes & delicious as always. Read more
Domino's Pizza is fantastic! Not my favorite but a reliably tasty substitute if I can get the exact pizza I want. Their crust is... sooooo flavorful that I can eat it last as if I'm eating a bread stick. Also while your at this Azusa location be on the lookoutfor Anthony. . . an amazing employee of theirs. He's hit n miss but if your lucky enough to spot him, you won't disappointed byhis friendly, teddy bearish smile. Read more
My son ordered our usual from the Azusa Domino's. First bite, I asked if he'd ordered anything different. Nope, the usual. We... both noticed a difference, he thinks in the crust. Whatever it was, it's Delicious! Keep it up, please!! Read more
