Terrible service! Waited forever to get someone to get my order. They seen me but didn't even bother to say anything or help... me. If they needed some time they could've at least said something like I'm sorry we're short staffed or we're training whateverthe reason was, we'll be right with you I would've totally been ok with that. But All they did was look at me, they saw me nlater decided to show up. Read more

Went to get the "Dodgers deal" as I'd done before and was told that they don't do that here, I said yes, I'd done it here before... and he insisted I was wrong so, since they don't have the business sense to recognize the opportunity to display a "loss-leader"in the window, I went to the Jack in Arcadia where they do, and where they value a repeat customer. First, I had to wait a good deal of time to order. Then, when I ordered the worker acknowledged my food order. I ordered a... shake, but she said that they didn't have shakes available. I was disappointed, but I ordered a coke instead. When I got to thewindow, she took my card and charged it. She then handed my my card, my coke, but no receipt. I was waiting for the food Iordered. After a couple of minutes of waiting, she looked at me and asked for payment for my food. I told her that I ha alreadypaid. I told her I was still waiting for the order of roost fries that I had asked for, but she said that she only charged mefor my coke. Which means they didn't make my food, and I would have to wait even longer. I was upset because I had just worked 8hours, missed dinner, and was hungry, and this Jack in the Box in Azusa has repeatedly let me down. I let her know this an shesaid (get this), "You are welcome to go someplace else. We are very busy, and we only have two people here. We are overwhelmed."That was about the most pathetic excuse said in the most rude way possible. Here's a rule of doing business...if you can'thandle fulfilling orders from your customers, you shouldn't be in business. It is NOT your customer's fault that you cannot hireenough people or train them to effectively execute orders on a shift. It is the management's fault. If you don't have enoughstaff, perhaps you might consider shutting down. In the end, I had to go to the Jack in the Box in Monrovia to get what Iwanted. They managed to get my order for me quickly and accurately while managing to be polite & courteous in theprocess. Because of the lack of menu items available, the lack of attention while taking my order, and the extremely ruderesponse when I complained, I will NEVER return to this particular Jack in the Box! More often than not, they will get your order wrong. And I meant a good 4 out of 5 times, something will be wrong. Simply put,... when I go here at 1am with no other cars behind me, order chicken nuggets and a juice, and somehow get a burger, 2 tacos and acoke makes me scratch my head. I simply cannot go here anymore. Read more
