Worst KFC ever.... Very slow and lazy workers..... I was there to pick up an order placed 20 min ago and when I arrived they... were telling I got to wait 30 min to get the chicken ready..... I mean isn't KFC means Kentucky Fried Chicken.... what else youguys sell here... what a joke Then also I saw employees are not using gloves and keep chit chatting and there was a long Drivethru line which these employees didn't care... Also they are not sealing the food as Health department required. When I askedabout it the server said this is how we give the food. Worst place. Please don't use this place, try somewhere else. Worst KFC i have ever been too. If i can give them zero start I would. Really bad customer service. I was never greeted when I... arrived or neither when they handed my food. The food was horrible. The chicken skin was falling apart and the biscuits werehard like they had been sitting all day. Also, i order a large size of wedges and it seems like they only gave me small size. This visit was right on????... No mistakes with the order, NICE YOUNG MAN had it all READY at the window and it was HOT, GOOD,... and NOT SO GREASY as other times...the only thing that I questioned was that I thought that with every mashed potatoes you wouldget a cup of gravy? But tonight when I ordered 3 containers of mashed potatoes, I only got 2 gravy containers? Otherwise it wasa nice visit today...???????? Read more

First I tried to call to see if they had any pot pies. The phone was busy for almost an hour. So I drove there. I asked if they... have a phone there for people to call to place an order. The counter guy said he didn't know. I asked if there was a managerthere. He looked all over, and said she was outside. So I asked if they had any pot pies. He said no. So I went next door toTaco Bell. Glad I did. The service was great, and the place was VERY clean. Unlike KFC. Better yet, the food was great. Read more
Stay away from this location. The past three visits they have forgotten an item. On my last visit 8-06-2021 I asked the cashier... if everything was in the bag. He said yes. I looked in the bag only to find two items were missing. He said I didn't pack thebag, but I said you handed me the bag and said everything was correct. He told me I don't care it wasn't his job to pack thebag. He handed me the two missing items and walked away. Terrible customer service. Read more
