She didn't even try to get her dog , she... just went out of the gates had to ask for help as I'm trying to stop both of them. Thanks for the person who helped me. I bought the ?Pike Place Medium Roast Coffee? from this store for $12.95. The girl grinded this coffee but it?s not even a half... of the package. I told the girl why is it a little bit and she said it?s the whole thing. I?m honestly upset and I feel like Iwant to complain to the manager. I don?t want any refund, but I want to reach out to a manager to train the employees to do theright thing. That?s it. I?m not going back to this Starbucks. This is one of the worst Starbucks coffee place that I ever wentso far! Read more

Quick story about what I just experienced at this Starbucks... So it's 10/26/17 around 1:30pm. I go inside target and stop at... the Starbucks... Me: "Can I have a cup of water please?" Starbucks employee "oh we have to charge 50 cents for water now." Me:"oh ok I get water from you guys everyday when I come to sit and work. I'm not going to swipe my card for 50 cent so it's allgood." Starbucks employee: "You can go to the cafe next to here and they will give you some free" Me: "ok no prob" So I walkover to the cafe.... Me: "I'm not hungry I just want a cup of water" Cafe lady: "Oh we only give water cups if you buysomething..." Me: "Alright whatever, I'm good" So I'm walking over to a table to sit down and this nice lady says to me "isn'tit against the law to refuse someone water?" Me: "Yeah, I thought so too. I'm not mad though, if charging for water is whatthey do now, then it is what it is. Have a great day, mam" I go sit at a table and set my laptop up... Not even 1 minute laterthe nice lady walks up to me, hands me the cup of water and says, "I asked them for a water expecting to pay for it and theygave it to me free. Here you go, sir" Some people going to say I should have paid the 50 cents but that is not the point ofthis post. I have absolutely no problem with a business choosing to charge for their water, but where they are wrong is whenthey selectively apply their store policy based on their personal stereotypical feelings about the customer standing in front ofthem. Needless to say, I won't be going back here. Read more

I like to use this location primarily to do some work when out in the field. But like a mirage in the parched deserts of the... Sahara, a lounge area promising a reliable connection to do what is needed it is not. The connection is so spotty that i amconvinced they merely took two paperclips and shoved them into a phone jack, as the speeds are abysmal at best, and nonexistentat the worst. It would have been more reliable to go into the canned foods area of the adjacent Target, drain its contents, wander over to their knitting and fabrics area, grab some string, and plug one end into my computer. I have not seen suchappallingly slow speeds like this since the early days of dial-up, and quite frankly, such incompetency and neglect towardstheir network is a horrendous blight on the otherwise mediocre record Starbucks typically likes to uphold.
