The last time we were there, they had a huge carry out order ($300+)... ahead of us which affected all patrons, but the previous time, there was no excuse for taking 9 minutes to supply a simple orderof two large beverages (no other food dependency!) for my counter order while the cashier chatted with another employee nearby.
