Visited a couple times, each with fairly slow service. The last time we were there, they had a huge carry out order ($300+)... ahead of us which affected all patrons, but the previous time, there was no excuse for taking 9 minutes to supply a simple orderof two large beverages (no other food dependency!) for my counter order while the cashier chatted with another employee nearby. Parked us with drinks but not straws. Gave us our incomplete order after sitting for 10+ minutes. Fries were unsalted and... customer service was lacking. It's a pity that there's only one McDonald's here because they put the BAD in BAD Axe. Read more

Worst place ever to get food every time I been there got my order wrong or didn't give me all my food this time I got two large... meals #1 and a #3 for the wife both large two kids meals with chocolate milk I got a #1 that my 3 year old could of put togetherbetter and a medium fry and didn't get either chocolate milk or straws for out large sweet teas that was bitter nasty used thekids straw seeing how the didn't need them Read more

Absolutely WORST service! Every time I?m here I end up waiting up to around 30 minutes in line. They don?t listen to you either.... My order gets messed up every time !! Cashier doesn?t understand what a multiple order is. The second window doesn?t say asingle word when giving you your food. I didn?t ask for a drink carrier yet they still gave me one. Unnecessary use of bags, put1 hamburger in a bag and apple slices on ANOTHER bag. Gave her my code for my free beverage, said it was invalid. I refreshed itmultiple times and still had the same code but it was still ?invalid?. Then they did nothing about it. Either the smoothie orthe coffee machine is down every time. Food was fine enough, but I stood there for 15 minutes before someone came over. Then the guy at the counter seemed confused by... my really simple order. He kept saying he didn't have the drink I wanted them advertised me a "different" one which was theexact same thing as what I wanted. When I said I wanted that he then said he was out of it... He wasn't and I eventually gotwhat I wanted but it definitely wasn't the convenient and quick service I normally expect from McDonald's. Read more

Store# 3854 Attention cooperate, GM Erin, & potential guests. I've been in hospitality, customer service & Case Work for 30... years so I notice many things. I was very impressed! It began when I walked in, I noticed how clean it was, next I went insidethe restroom & it was spotless. I proceeded to read the menu & I began a conversation with a young man who's name is Andrew, heis a staff member & was ready to go home. We began to converse & in the conversation he had mentioned how great it is when youwork with a supervisor who gets along well with him & others. I asked him who he was referring to & he smiled big & responded,JACOB. I already knew that part of a successful team is a great leader so this just confirmed my thinking. I proceeded to order& the food was absolutely just as I had ordered. I love extra onions on my BigMac & I've been to McDonald's in Europe & inplenty of cities & I can say I always felt slided on my wish for the onions & either too much sauce, not enough lettuce ect lolbut not this evening. It was BigMac specialist Rachel. Let me tell you, perfect just the right amount of sauce and I wasdelighted to see she gave me ample ONIONS & LETTUCE. The food was made fast & it was HOT!! as I reached the table to sit, I wasso loving the experience, I had no problem with setting my food aside to take pictures of why I was so amazed. I needed to askfor names of the staff that I so happily encountered. I want to express my gratitude for a wonderful perfect experience.
