Slow Slow Slow!!!! Horrible Experience. Pre-ordered my food using the Subway app and arrived at the schedule time and my food... was not ready. It wasn?t ready for another 30 minutes afterwards. When asked for compensation for my wasted time I was toldthere was nothing they could do. Pathetic!!!! Read more

My wife placed a mobile order. I picked it up. It was for our kids lunches. That was around 4pm. Called the store and they... had the nerve to argue with me. "We made the order" yes you did. You gave me the wrong order! I get mistakes happen, that's ok. But why on earth would subway argue with us? We brought the food back, and they were rude and condescending to my wife. Half of the ingredients were gone, got frustrated that I needed to reconsider my options. All I wanted was a tuna sub with... spinach, cheddar and black pepper. Ended with something completely different because the only ingredient they had was cheddar onthat list. Very slow service. I could have driven to New Hamburg and had my food faster from PitaPit. The employee was not sociable and did... not seem to want to be there. One person in front of me and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. Maybe retraining is neededto help the employee learn the menu and faster service.
