I placed a mobile order and waited for 10 minutes for my order even though the location wasn't busy. Very ridiculous service.... The guy at the front didn't care about my order. Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes. Ordered a ham and cheese with bacon. Received a sandwich with bacon, no ham. No time to go... back because my time for lunch was waisted in drive thru. This place just keeps getting worse. Read more

It seems mobile orders get overlooked. 50% of the time I have to ask if they have my mobile order ready. Need more experience on... the front till. Stop putting the elderly ladies working the till. Read more
Probably the worst Tim Hortons I've been to! Hard to believe that they own thw New Hamblocation as well. There is a 50/50 chance... your food or beverage order will be incorrect or completely missing. Oh and don't try to go through drive thru unless you have a4x4 lol Read more
Hats off to the architect who designed this location. It's obviously a Tim Hortons, but much more elegant looking. Inside it's... a bit more standardized. Plenty of parking of course. Service was extremely fast and staff quite friendly and personable. Read more
Moved to Baden at the beginning of 2021. The first few months I had no complaints. The last month the drive through line has... taken minimal 10 minutes to get through, with no more than 6 cars in front for of me. Today I ordered 20 timbits and an icecoffee. When I got home discovered there were only 18 timbits in the box and my iced coffee was so bad I had to add more sugarand milk.
