The waitresses have to finish their conversation amongst themselves before they acknowledge you. The whole place feels sticky.... I?ve tried and tried again to eat here. I will not be back. The food is nasty, the menus are sticky as hell and the servicesucks. Read more

We love BaRuni's! Always great food, my favorite is Thursday's Greek food day. Tuesdays is $2 off burgers day. Other specials... too every day of the week. Friendly staff and fantastic food. What more could you ask for! This addition starting now is foranother visit on Good Friday, 2022. There was only one other table there for the first half hour we were there.. We were bothreally disappointed in our meals for the first time in years. I wanted crab cakes but although they had a crab cake sandwich, Iwas told I couldn't have a couple crab cakes on a plate and fries. That didn't make sense so I ordered a shrimp basket withsweet potato fries. While delicious, I expected nice breaded shrimp not the frozen breaded kind I could have gotten at Walmart.My husband ordered fish and chips. When our food came out,, his was only fries.. We told the person who brought the food out(not our original waitress who we never saw again) that he had ordered fish and chips. Since the original waitress never wroteour order down, no wonder it didn't come out as ordered.. Second waitress was very accommodating and good at her job.. It tookanother 15-20 minutes for his forgotten fish to come out of the kitchen. The fish was the same breaded planks I buy at Walmartin their frozen food section in a box not the fresh breaded fried fish you expect to get on Good Friday when we could have goneto many many other places that advertised fresh fish at the same price we paid for mediocre frozen stuff we were served lastFriday. I had gotten many recommendations to go to BaRunis for Good Friday fish or we would have gone elsewhere to begin with..Plus, although we had been there the week before and gotten a military discount that I can prove we got, they said they havenever given a military discount. While we will continue to eat there, we will never go there for fish again. Only burgers ortheir delicious Greek food. Read more
