I ordered a Small Frozen Coke amongst other items and the order was accepted. I arrive at the window and have been informed that... the Frozen Coke is defrosting and would not be ready immediately. I am offered the alternative for either a Strawberry Lemonadeor regular small Coke. I accept the offer of a regular Coke. I notice the manager comes over and punches a few things on thescreen after the window clerk informs her of my change. My bill is now $1 more than it was a moment ago. So now not only did Inot get what I asked for, they had the audacity to upcharge me after making it appear as though I was getting an exchange. When I asked for one BBQ sauce and one Zesty sauce and they employee at the window said, "I can only give you one sauce or you... will be chaged!" So I said ok, just put one in the bag then it doesn't matter which one you choose. Then I open my bag and theyput TWO Zesty sauces in my bag?
